Quick Tip of the Day: Garlic

If you have a sprouting garlic clove, plant it (don’t peel it first!) in some well-drained soil and eat the shoots like you would green onions or chives. They’re even great in cooked food! It’s a slightly milder taste than garlic, but different from spring onions, chives and other similar plants. Enjoy!
