It’s been a while…

I’ve been pretty busy lately! Went to go see the family in Canada for a month in June, then came back and had that post-holiday-getting-back-to-life sort of thing going on. But to make it up to you, here’s a recipe for an awesome smoothie!
Cool Cucumber Smoothie
-1 cucumber, grated
-1 tbsp dill
-1-2 cups kefir
-1/2 cup plain yogurt (DO NOT use vanilla…this is not plain.)
-1/2 cup milk
-salt and pepper

Place ingredients in blender (split in half if your blender is small). Refrigerate extra for up to a week.
