It’s no big secret that I love window displays. I think good window displays are not only an invitation to go into the store and buy the products displayed, but also help set the mood in the streets of the city.

KaDeWe does my favourite window displays. This isn’t surprising; they’re Germany’s fanciest department store and they sell high-end designer goods. Still, I think their displays have an old-fashioned charm to them. They remind me of what windows should look like, as opposed to the bland scenes they often depict these days.
